Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Returned goods must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Special order items
• Custom-made parts
• Installed or used spare parts

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned goods.
